C RACK AND CUT QUARANTINE SYSTEM
Crack and Cut Growth: Minor cuts and cracks usually grow to encompass an area several times larger that the original cut or crack. This leads to greater surface damage and reduced service time for the rubber track. NextGen TDF's multiple lug profile effectively contains the growth of cuts and cracks.
TENSILE STRENGTH
McLaren's proprietary SpoolRite Belting™ continuous (jointless) belt system radically increases the tensile strength of NextGen TDF's internal structure and makes it far superior than the ordinary jointless cable tracks offered by other track manufacturers.
DOUBLE OFFSET TREAD PATTERN
Double offset tread pattern minimizes vibration. The result is reduced wear of the track loader's undercarriage parts and a smoother, softer ride.
UNIQUE TRACK BODY ARMOR
The traditional tread patterns expose large areas of the track body, the most vulnerable area of the rubber track, to the adverse ground conditions. NextGen TDF's unique lugs and tread pattern design protects the track body much better compared to the traditional tread patterns.
SMOOTH RIDE WITH MULTIPLE TREAD LUGS
More tread lugs mean smoother ride. The traditional tread patterns usually have only one lug per pitch. In contrast, NextGen TDF has multiple lugs per pitch, thus delivering a superior ride.
